Mr. Sandless Metro Atlanta Donna and Steve Noury They should never have attempted doing our floors since they are engineered floors and not wood floors, but did it anyway with terrible results that they are not willing to fix and can't even when off Alpharetta, Georgia

Mr. Sandless Metro Atlanta should have walked away from our home without doing the floors. They went ahead and collected the money from wife without me being there and went on their way. After looking at the results, I called them to come back out. Her senior floor person told her that these were engineered floors that can be treated as if they were wood floors. She said they could not do anything for me and turned down an offer by me to pay an additional amount of money to fix the floors. She said they could now that she became aware of their construction. She offered to apply the money I already paid if I decided to put in all new floors. Had we had the money to do that, we would have done that to begin with. I now have to look at these ugly floors as I did before Mr. Sandless got there.

Had they not done me wrong, they never would have reason to go to this website. I have gotten eleven phone calls from people in Atlanta thanking me for the post and some have mentioned that they Mr. Sandless, did not in their rebuttal, try to list what they did to make me happy because there was nothing they could list. The only thing they offered was for me to spend more money with somebody that already did me wrong. Thanks to all that have gotten in touch with me.

Did everything I could to make Arnold Darsey happy

I am shocked to see the review posting on my company.  We have serviced hundreds of floors and this is the only negative review you will find about my company. I did this consult back in Oct. with Mr. Darsey's wife. I explained to her that she had pre engineered flooring that were extremly worn due to age with very little finish, almost raw. She told me she wanted them to look better.  She said she did not want to sand, that's why they called us. She did not won't to move out of her house for days after just moving in. I explained to her that her floors could not be sanded anyway and would need to be replaced.  We could do an installation but she did not want to go to the extra expense.  I told her that the Mr. Sandless process works with the condition that the floors are in. I told her we would apply two coats of sealer and three coats of finish, and this would help protect the floors from further damage and would have a more even sheen. I am very up front with my customers and I know how to set expectations.  Once we finished, Mrs. Darsey was extremely happy and stated that the floors look much better. She signed off on the invoice and customer satisfaction sheet and paid us. Then yes, we left as normal.
 Mr. Darsey called two days later and complained that they did not look brand new.  I scheduled the guys to go back for a re-coat to try and make him happy and  he was not there once again.  Mrs. Darsey was still pleased with the outcome and said her husband is really picky and we would have to deal with him.
He called me the next day.  I went back out to his home and he was not there again!!. Being so concerned you would think that he would have least met me there the first time. His wife apologized and said she thought the floors looked better and she didnt have a problem with them he did.
Mr. Darsey called again.  I explained to him that I cannot keep going back there anymore because he is never there to discuss.  I told him he was not going to get a refund because we did everything that was explained we'd do. EXPECTATIONS!! Mr.Darsey told me that it was his fault he should have been there and if he were we would have never serviced the floors. I told him that if he wanted brand new floors we can install them and I would back out the $900 he spent to go toward the install.  I havent heard back from him since.  Now I find out what he has written about my company and posted my name and my husband's name which is not fair and ruthless!! 
If you would like more information concerning this this please give me a call.  I have done everything I can in a very professional manner to make Mr. Darsey happy. My crew went out twice and I went out three times and never once have we met or seen Mr. Darsey.
I do have proof of a signed customer satisfaction invoice.
