Mr Ted Pritchard AABCO INC. Breach of Contract, called several times about ant problem, didn't show up Fairchance, Pennsylvania

Our roofer initially called Mr. Ted Pritchard on June 29, 2010, because of a carpenter ant infestation that was found when removing our roof.  He and his wife came within an hour to my home and preceded to inspect the area and administer the appropriate chemicals.  The contract that I signed stated he would return 4 times within the following year.  I paid him $750.  

I called him several times over the course of the next few months to tell him that I was still finding ants.  He said that is normal.  My roofer called him several times, also.  He told the roofer that he did come back to my home for further treatments.  I never saw him or evidence that he was here.  

Now, it is April, 2011, and I an once again finding carpenter ants in my home.  This morning I again called both numbers listed on my contract.  They have both been disconnected.

I preceded to call Oxxxx  (((REDACTED))) who will be at my home this afternoon.
