Please beware of using Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They are absolutely fraudulent & miss leading. The technician Doug Klohn came out to my home to perform what the company advised as a free analysis or free quote. After Mr.Doug Klohn completed the free quote he instructed me to pay 144.00 for a diagnostic that I never requested nor had this ever been requested or discussed. I told the Mr. Doug Klohn that I did not have the money and that it was suppose to be a free quote he responded, " It's got to be paid"
Mr. Rooter offered me a quote of $1,514.00 for the same work I had completed for 287.00. Beware or NEVER use this company.
