I took my car into the Muffler Man though referral though they said I needed a new clutch and I was leaking oil they said from my rear main seal. So they fixed it and I drive it home I noticed my check engine light on and a sqeaking noise coming from the engine so I take the car back and am told its just dust drive it around a bit that didn't work so I went back they now said I needed a clutch cable so I told them to get me a price. Meantime I had about 12-15 different people and mechanics listen to the car they all say it's my throw out bearing which a clutch kit it can come without one for cheaper. I finally took the car to another mechanic shop and paid to have it looked at they told me to take it back to the original place immediately I was missing my cover over the clutch and its swinging in the wind and my oil pan gasket is an inch over where its supposed to be which when they did my rear main seal they may have moved it. I called the original shop and they told me to bring it back so I did, they had it two days which I missed work to be told there going to honor my warranty but I needed a clutch cable and oil pan gasket around $60.00 then on Wed they call me and tell me they were going to fix the car for $300 but they seen my posts about what was going on with my car on Facebook I never said who was doing the work I was told to come get the car in an hour or it would be towed that there was nothing wrong with the car so what did they plan on honoring? A friend tried to call him but the owner was irate and hung up on him, my boyfriend was under the car fixing the steering and knows I had a cover the clutch area the shop it self told me when they dropped the cover there was a bunch of debris on it from the previous clutch so what happened to my cover and why not tell me the first time they fixed it the cover was gone that's pretty important! They have totally messed me over over post on a website seriously how old is this owner.
