Musca Law False promises, unprofessional, sloppy False promises, unprofessional, sloppy, over priced Internet

I called Musca Law cause I needed an attorney. I first spoke with John Musca and he gave me lots of hope. He told me me the case was very good and we have a great chance of getting it dropped. I believed him cause he sounded believable, he kept telling me call me at anytime, he even gave me his cell phone number. I felt very comfortable at first but thats when he started to hound me for money.

He kept calling me asking me when I will be giving him the money, this is time senstitive, if we want to file our notice before the court file anything I needed to hurry up and make payment. So I did. When i finally made the payment to the BOA account, I stopped hearing from him, he wouldnt even return my call. But then I got a call from a Kristen Zimmerman. At first she was pleasant but then she started to talk rudley.

I met Kristen and I would of never believed she was an attorney, she was sloppy, messy and she kept picking at her lip, IT WAS GROSS! I told her that John promised me the case was going to be dropped and she told me with and attitude that it wasnt and she is not sure why John promised me this. I never felt so belittled in my life!

I payed all this money for my case to be dropped and all I got was poor service. John was charming at first but once he got what he wanted I never heard from him again. I was then passed off to Kristen who always passed me off to her assistant and never wanted to talk to me directly. I think she is very unprofressional and needs to know how to talk to people.

Musca Law over charged me, I did comparisions at other firms and they all told me that Musca Law is a rippoff and they would of charged less. They compared him to used car sellsman.

DISGUSTING!
