Roy Metz owner of Music Makers - calls companies buys products and when his credit card does not go through & the seller calls Roy on the phone he verbally abuses you.
He yells and makes you think your computer is having the problem in running his credit card.
He says if you dont ship this stuff out today, I wont give you the next $2000.00 order next week. You want the next sale. So you send out the items only to get hung up on by Roy every time you call him to collect your money. Then you find out from 2 other companies Roy Metz did this to them.
He says he is broke and you cant get him. The manager who runs the store with Roy, his name is Jeff says hey look I dont wanna get involved. Jeff splits the profits with Roy. Roy & Jeff give music lessons to children. Is this a person you want around your kids? He is a rip off artist.
