My wife was diagnosed with MS. We have been married for thirty years and thank to her wonderful mothering skills, we have three wonderful grown children. She also has worked full time while raising our children. She too was an excellent employee with an almost perfect attendance record. She was diagnosed approximatley 2 years ago with MS. This began to affect her ability to work full time. Long story short, not to bore you with detail; Her doctors took her off work. She was initially covered by her short term disability with Mutual of Omaha. When the doctors made her disability permanent, Mutual of Omaha denied her long term benefit, they do not want to pay. After working for more than 30 years and paying for the benefit, Mutual of Omaha has "dog'ed her!" After all she paid into it, their name should be 'Mutual of No-money-HAHA!' Mutual of Omaha is handling our money the same as Wall Street; not worth the risk. Save your money for your own rainy day, not for those you pay who make you feel they will be there for you when you need them. What a scam. Shame on you M.O.O. Give my wife back her money!!
