mutual of omaha called me about life insurance, i asked for a quote they said they  would send me it.    they also said in order for them to complete the process they needed my bank info,and like a dummy I gave it. next thing I knew money was taken out for 5 months befor i realized what was going on.I called them they canceled the policy,and refuse to refund the money

You can file a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau.  They will ask what you'd like to be done and be sure to put you want a total refund, include the amount, I bet they will respond to the BBB.  Good Luck.
