good luck waiting on the check to come. The process is broken and their customer service agents are not there to help but hinder, they will talk down to you and cut you off so their voice is heard. In my experience which is in a Long Term Disability claim, I am not able to work due to a disability. I need this income to pay the bills, and I need in time for the bills. I need the money on time and need to stay caught up on my obligations and that is why I bought the insurance in the first place, right? IT is nice to call in stressed over finances and in a fragile state just to get insulted by the agent you speak with and an overall lack of concern to be shown. Never fax a thing it always gets lost despite your best efforts and email is not an option they like to offer. This company processes most thing about 20 years behind the curve when it comes to technology.
