I ordered the 7 day trial of the product. It came in the mail, I emailed to cancel(which they do not give an email address for this purpose, I figured it out on my own.. took a shot in the dark and then was shipped 2 more supplies of the product(which didn't work anyway)and billed $157.00 and $46.90 respectively. I did not authiorize the autoship to continue, but it did anyway.

The company states I did not reply within the 14 day time frame, so charges were upfront and non-refundable. I argued until a rep told me to mail back the remaining product and they'd issue a full refund. However, when the charge appeared on my bank statement, it was submitted as "diet-prod800-901-1NICOSIA". I called the number to only hear a fax/pager tone, then disconnected.

My bank called too, and confirmed exactly what happened to me. I plan to send the product back, but fear I will not see my refund. This is why I feel I have been ripped-off. Please advise.
