My Diet Patches, Elanora lied to me. She said if I returned them I would get a refund. Ripoff Tinley Park Illinois

I spoke to Elanora on January 24th, 2005 and she told me if I returned the patches, they would refund me the full amount because I had not opened them I asked her how to send them and she said just through USPS. So I did and I have no receipt to prove that now.
All the numbers they have now do not work and I have my credit card company disputing it. I hate this marketing stuff no a days and almost don't want to order anything anymore because of this happening. I am sure there was something at the bottom of some page you had to uncheck to keep this from happening. Why should it be that way? If I want more, I will order more.
I am really angry about this and would be open to a class action against these folks.
How is it that I sent these back to IL and the charge came from CA. How do you get a hold of them an Angora, CA? I just want my money back like I was promised on the phone.
