First Credit of America started calling us last week leaving a message to call asap regarding our credit, they never left a name of their company or who they were looking for and even if we answered the phone we only got a recorded message. It took about 5 calls before I got through to a person who said they represented My Perfect Credit and that we owed them 59.95 because we contacted them on the internet and did not respond within 3 days. I told them I had never contacted this company and I didn't even know who they were.

They said we had and we needed to pay right now or collection actions would be served against us. I told them they needed to send me a bill to show what it is I am suppose to have bought and they said they did not need to send me anything I owed the bill and I needed to pay for it right now and I said no so they hung up on me. I contacted the BBB and the FTC. First Credit just called me this afternoon and wanted to know if I was finally going to take care of this bill and I told them no because I don't know this company and I don't owe this money they said this was my last chance I needed to get my credit card out and pay this bill now and I told them they needed by law to send me a bill and they said they were not going to warn me again was I going to give my credit information now and clear this up and I said no they told me further collections proceedings would be instituted and that I would continue to get calls until I resolved this bill and I hung up.

The BBB told me they have numerous complaints on this company and they have never responded to any consumer complaint yet.
