My Perfect Credit is the most deceptive company I have ever dealt with. I saw online one night how to get a free credit report. I looked into the program and filled out some of the information.

I suddenly, out of the blue, was signed up for this program and getting email thanking me for signing up. I immediately emailed them back and stated that I absolutely did not want this program. I also phoned the support staff and informed them of the situation.

A few weeks later I started receiving emails from My Perfect Credit. I Immediately emailed them and phoned them that I was not enrolled in the program and to make sure I was taken off. I would email them and ask them to cancel my account and then I would receive generic emails that only stated how to cancel, but no response to my questions of my email.

I did not feel that I needed to cancel something that I should not have been enrolled in in the first place. The only way to cancel with this company is by agreeing that you will pay any outstanding balance on your account. So I continued to email the support staff requesting to be cancelled. I did this at least 15 times. I also phoned the support staff. But they stataed the only way to cancel is through email.

In July I received my bank statement and saw that it had two charges for $34.75 each. A total of $69.50 was taken from my debit card account without permission.

I continued to email them and phone them, but nothing would work. I finally cancelled on their support page. The next email I received was that I had an outstanding balance on my account and that it was being turned over to a collection agency in Chicago, ILL. (This agency has a negative review from BBB) My perfect credit has an F Rating from BBB.

After numerous calls, emails, a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, I finally get ahold of Dorine Firestone in Network Operations at 1-949-851-4880. Dorine stated to me on the phone that she would be able to get my money reimbursed and that she would see that my account was taken out of collections. She was very understanding of my concern.

I waited over one week, but nothing was credited to my account and I was not able to contact the main office through emails. I think that they have blocked my emails.

I have filed another complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Costa Mesa area and hopefully they can assist me in this matter.

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. WHEN IT SAYS RISK FREE CANCEL WITHIN 5 DAYS, THAT IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT LET YOU GET THROUGH TO CANCEL AND THEN JUST START CHARGING YOU. MY PERFECT CREDIT IS CORRUPT. DAVID COULTER IS THE CEO, BUT YOU CAN NOT REACH HIM. my perfect credit is a rip off.

My Perfect Credit Employee Responds with FALSE INFO

AUTHOR: Randa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 14, 2005

To R:

How can you write that reponse. If you want your customers to be satisifed, then don't transfer them 10 times every time they call. And, those people at the number dont know a thing about this fraud or act like they don't. There standard reply is to say, "Your account is not here, it has been transferred to First Credit of America for collections, you can pay that with your credit or card." You obviously have not read the other 160 some reports on this page. And what about the numerous non-customers like me WHO HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY who you have taken money from their bank account without their permission. THIS IS A CRIME!!! Maybe you should sign your full name and we will start forwarding all complaints to you or putting YOU as the suspect on all of our police reports for stealing our money. You company will not even cooperate with the authorities. I was sitting in the room when a police officer called My Perfect Credit to inquire about the Fraudulant Account in my name. When they heard the word police, they said, "I can't talk to the police, have a nice day." Great Company!!
