I wanted to improve my credit rating and was searching the web to see if there were opportunities. My Perfect Credit has and inviting web site. It is difficult to manuver and the three page terms are confusing at best. There were certain items as you went throught the sign up process that had boxes for selection should you want the service and I assumed if you did not select it, you were indicating you did not want it. I knew there was a 59.00 termination fee, however, you had thirty days to review yor credit report on their site and decide whether you wanted to continue services. I tried to access the site many times and emailed them and called this number for help. As I neared the end of my grace period, I decided to pull the plug. I emailed them ant told them that I did not want the service. I had never been able to access the site as promised. Since there was no deliverable on their part and they had not lived up to their end of the terms, I was not going to pay anything. They now say I owe 186.00. They admit I left within the thirty days. They are hounding me day and night with automated cell calls and credit hounds from a company called First Credit threatening to another black mark on my credit. I told them to have at it, I was not going to pay. It hasn't slowed them down; I just don't answer the numbers: 866-505-2632, 866-505-5456 or anything similar.
