My Snap Tours Premier Showcase Homes Scam Auto Credit Card Charges Even After You Cancel Your Account - Won't refund but only one month! Internet

I signed up for these guys for a supposed "free" account that was only supposed to charge my credit card $1 ("to test the billing system") and almost 7 months later I find that they had been charging my card $40/month all along!   When I asked for a refund they only gave me one month claiming that I signed up for a paying plan and my free trial stopped months ago!

I had to file disputes with my credit card company to get my money back...STAY AWAY!!!!

(PS the service doesn't do what they say it will either, thats why I never used it)

Sites like Ripoff Report have a tremendous business model. They put a blatant lie up and then want to charge you to clean things up. In reality, we have not had ONE upset customer. At Snap Tours, we have no contracts to sign and a cancel anytime policy. Our system far surpasses the expectations of those who use it and our clients constantly rank on page one for searches in their local market. View our testimonials page to discover the real truth and hear straight from the agents who continue to benefit from our innovative service. We've received rave reviews for our attention to detail and the tremendous customer service we offer. We walk each client through every step of the process in creating and getting the most out of their user experience. If a client has an issue, they always have my cell phone number to contact me directly any time. There's not ONE single client who would have written this report. I personally have spoken to the two clients who had to cancel their account and they told me they did not write anything like this and they wouldn't because we made it simple and easy for them to cancel. I guess this is the new way for the competition to take cheap shots? Pretty sad.
