The tile arrived, broken, cracked, scratched... anything but in good condition. Not only was the tile broken, the failed to include nearly 1/2 of my order.
My Tile Backsplash is a complete SCAM. Customer support is nonexistent, they refused to send the additional half of my order, they did not replace the broken tile, they sent an incorrect order, and support was rude, mean, and unhelpful.
No NOT order tile from My Tile Backsplash - They are a shady, awful company. I talked to someone else with a similar experience. The company is a ripoff wholesaler of garbage, broken, tiles.

If you did have damage or were missing any items, please contact customer service so we can immediately take care of the issue for YOU! All of our items when shipped are shipped out INSURED. So rest a sure your items are replaceable at not cost to you.
Again, if this complaint is accurate, please contact customer service so we can resolve for you. We have a 4.7 out of 5 rating out of over 1300 reviews for My Tile Backsplash. I do not know how this constitutes a SCAM. We take pride in our Customer Service and our ability to communicate with any and all customers.
