We are supporters of the Rip Off report website in theory as it stands for the consumer's voice, a voice that needs support to be heard, particularly when dealing with large faceless corporations. However there is a very savage downside to this medium, one we now know all to well. Rip Off report has no controls, no liability and no interest in proving that reports are coming from valid and sincere consumers with valid concerns. Rip Off report has become a medium predominately for faceless slander between fiercely competitive companies as a way to effective defame, devalue and even destroy goodwill of others with no legal ramifications.

We are currently a victim of such defamation by such a company and due to Rip Off Report's policy to never take a listing down our only recourse is via rebuttal.

My Tunes, The Personality Factory and all its associated directors, employees and friends hold the highest level of integrity in what our business stands for and how we operate. We can proudly claim we are the most successful pioneers of our niche industry around the world for specialty retail of personalised products. We are the ONLY company in the world to have the support of esteemed international companies such as Disney to produce they're beautiful high quality products onsite directly for the consumers whilst they wait. We are also an open book.

Our business model is simple and attractive. We strive to achieve success from the level of the consumer right through to our distribution network and invest heavily into the tools and resources to achieve just that. Our products create pure joy within families from all around the world and it makes us proud to be apart of a business based on simple feel good principles.

How we ended up here In September 07 we became aware of some very unethical behaviours and motives attributed to one of one of main suppliers of products and choose to disassociate ourselves from them by way of terminating our agreement with them. This was not received well by this company as we made up a significant proportion of their income. Ever since we have been exposed to a barrage of spiteful defamation, abuse and even death threats by them and their associates.

Technically we could also use this Rip Off report medium to counter attack but as testament to our own business integrity we plan to simply turn the other cheek.

We have full conviction that we made not only the right decision in our recent disassociation but also a very a timely decision. Since this has happened and despite the burden in the short term our business has since experienced unprecedented growth.

We admit it is not helpful to have slander published about us but again we stand by our own integrity and believe this is something tangible and real that cannot be faked nor slandered. We will continue to stand by these principles into the future and would encourage you make you own conclusions about who we are from your own experiences as we have nothing to hide and nothing to defend.

We supply the very best of the world's personalised products and have duly earned the respect we now enjoy with all our suppliers. We are a young company with a dynamic vision and have overcome great adversity to be here today. We admit we may not be perfect though that will always be our aspiration. As a founder and co-visionary of our company it is disheartening to see such malice revolve around such a fundamentally beautiful concept in its infancy. We have been forced to weather a very damaging smear campaign by someone with deep seeded jealousy of the sacrifices and achievements we have made on our journey to become one of the market leaders of this industry. We have always played an honest and fair game but unfortunately desperate and malicious competitors whom cannot compete on that playing field have sought a far less ethical defence. Needless to say such listings are completely fabricated.

We may not be able to remove all doubt with this one rebuttal as after all it is listed on Google, but one thing I do know is that the truth will prevail, both good people and smart people make their own decisions and judgements based on their own experiences rather than follow faceless propaganda or fear campaigns and we are happy to be scrutinized.
