Please be patient, we can only tell you what they are telling us.
In December last year, I was contacted by World Benefits over the phone to get a guaranteed Master Card with a credit limit of $ 1500. An electronic transfer was done from my checking account. The rep told me that this was GUARANTEED and that my checking account would be debited on the 1st of January and that I would receive my card within 21 days after that.
No credit card has arrived as of yet (10 Feb) and when I called the company, I was told that they were sending me a package in about a week, but that I would get no credit card.
I pointed out that I had been asked for a credit card and that I was not interested in anything else. I asked for an immediate refund.
I was told that this was a non-refundable package.
I pointed out to her that I had not ordered a package but had been promised a credit card. I told her that I would contact my attorney on this, and her response was just to have him call them.
