My city eats magazine is a rip off!! Be aware of that publication, never sign a contracts with them and if you do, do not give them your account number!! They will never stop charging your account. For one year after my contract with them expired I am trying to stop them from charging my account! No successes yet. We singed one year contract with them. Then on month 11 I called them and asked what do I need to stop it when it's gonna be over because after spending tons of money for advertising in that publication I never got even one client from that advertisement. They told me that my call is enough and that the contract is over! However, they continue charging my account and and told me that I had to send them official Letter not to renew the contract, and because I haven't done so, they renewed it automatically. I immediately send them the letter. For 2 month!!! They were telling me that they never received tens of termination letters that I send them, even though letters were certified. Then they finally said that they have received termination letter but continued to charge my account for so called fulfillment fees. And that's going on for another 4 month. Recently after all those fights and arguments with their financial department, they send me a sample of my advertisement for approval. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!! But I am sure they play all that on purpose!! Don't deal with them!! They will rip you off!!
