I bought restaurent gift card from this company's website. It said that $2 for $10 value gift card. So I picked one restaurent from the list in UCF area of city of Orlando. I thought I could buy $50 value gift card for $10 and I did that. I requested them to mail me those gift card, so I was waiting for those and never received my gift card and no refund. They don't even reply my phone call. By this time, I bought another $10 of $50 worth gift card for a sushi restaurent in Hunter Creek's area of City of Orlando. This time I choose to buy istantly printable coupon and when I printed out my coupon I found that one $10 coupon could be used each time I go to restaurent and I have to spend at least $50 for food. I did not see anything like this in the website before I made the purchase. If I knew it at the first place, I would not even buy it. I called their office. I had to call 7 times before I could actually reached someone. The guy told me that he does not know how to make the refund but he will get someone to call me back on my phone number to help me with my issue. NOBODY never called me. The same day I started talking with Paypal since I made my payment by paypal. I did their dispute resolution. I asked for my refund by explaining all the issues I have regarding this gift card and they just sent me an email by saying that "SORRY NO REFUND". What kind of customer service is that? I don't worry about my $20. The thing is bothering me is the way they treated me. I am sure there are other in the city of orlando got scammed by them. If they don't know how to do cusotmer service in customer service related business, then they don't deserve to be in this industry.
