I bought restaurent gift card from this company's website. It said that $2 for $10 value gift card. So I picked one restaurent from the list in UCF area of city of Orlando. I thought I could buy $50 value gift card for $10 and I did that. I requested them to mail me those gift card, so I was waiting for those and never received my gift card and no refund. They don't even reply my phone call. By this time, I bought another $10 of $50 worth gift card for a sushi restaurent in Hunter Creek's area of City of Orlando. This time I choose to buy istantly printable coupon and when I printed out my coupon I found that one $10 coupon could be used each time I go to restaurent and I have to spend at least $50 for food. I did not see anything like this in the website before I made the purchase. If I knew it at the first place, I would not even buy it. I called their office. I had to call 7 times before I could actually reached someone. The guy told me that he does not know how to make the refund but he will get someone to call me back on my phone number to help me with my issue. NOBODY never called me. The same day I started talking with Paypal since I made my payment by paypal. I did their dispute resolution. I asked for my refund by explaining all the issues I have regarding this gift card and they just sent me an email by saying that "SORRY NO REFUND". What kind of customer service is that? I don't worry about my $20. The thing is bothering me is the way they treated me. I am sure there are other in the city of orlando got scammed by them. If they don't know how to do cusotmer service in customer service related business, then they don't deserve to be in this industry.

In order to receive a refund, you must first send back the certificates that you would like a refund on. Before you complete a purchase, you must agree to the terms of the certificates and all the restrictions are disclosed. Even though you are claiming that you did not read the restrictions, we are still willing to refund your money. I can't believe that you would make a claim such as this without even sending back the certificates you purchased or calling our office during normal business hours; Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Let this be on the record that MyCityEats and Entertainment will REALLY go beyond reason to satisfy our customers.

Our policies are not different than any other company (i.e. if you purchase a shirt at a clothing store, you cannot return that shirt without bringing it back to the store). These are the same principles.

Just refund me on my paypal. I will delete this post. Also I never received my gift card on mail, so there is no way i can claim for my refund with hard copy. i have my receipts and everything on my email. Also i never used my gift card, so i dont see any problem to refunding me.

This morning I just found that they submitted a rebuttal against my comments which really funny because they never replied my email at the first place when I was very nice to them. Some one from that lousy company submitted this comments, "FALSE COMPLAINT. TRIED TO RESOLVE".
So you really tried to resolve and I am the victim who does not even know when. When you tried to resolve? They never tried to resolve. Here are the proves,

Why no refund? You dont answer my phone. No customer service. I don't understand that. Then your website should be more specific about all these different rules and regulation. You did not answer my phone and nobody ever replied me. You just can't say "SORRY NO REFUNDS". I would like to talk to your supervisor. I said before I don't have money to waste.

I mis read the coupon advertisement. I thought I will be able to use 5 coupons at one time as opposed only one coupon at one time. I am a student and I can't afford to spend $50 for this restaurant. I would be glade if you send my money back. I called several times today and finally got to talk to someone and he could not help me with this either. He said somebody will contact me soon to dispute this problem and I have not heard from anyone. Please send me my money back. I have not used any of that gift cards yet. I would be happy if you respond to me as soon as possible.

All they said to me is that NO REFUND. I don't see when they tried to resolve. Also I would like to know what kind of customer service is that. I know you will rebuttal again but saying false claim which is very easy to do but you know that you did wrong and screwed up your customer.

I don't care for $20. The thing was bothering is that very bad customer service. You need to stop doing your business unless you learn how to do customer service. NOT TO MENTION I NEVER RECEIVED THOSE GIFT CARD ON MAIL. MY CLAIM IS 100% CORRECT AND YOUR COMPANY NEVER TRIED TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAIN. I never got to talk to any of those people. PLEASE DO HONEST BUSINESS.
