I ordered a Sony PSP on 15th Nov 2005 for 169.95 GBP I was told it would arrive thre weeks later, in time for Christmas as it was a present for my son, I was also informed that I would be issued with a DHL tracking number so I could monitor the progress of the order. On checking my credit card bill I found that I was over charged by about 20 pounds, I contacted them about this and they did refund most of this amount. However the item has still not arrived (19.1.06) and now they cannot be contacted by phone and have not responded to any of my e-mails asking for a full refund. I hope these criminals can be caught and brought to justice swiftly
