Despite dozens of emails I have had no logical explanation from this RIPP-OFF firm. Telephoning them is equally a joke (though not so funny if your money has been stolen!!). @Phone calls are either not answered or I am told the service is "not available at this time"!
I would strongly advise anyone in a similar position to seek a return through their credit card company & complain LOUDLY to EVERY Watchdog organisation there is...SCANDALOUS!!
