myDV.co.uk is a US based company offering electrical goods at unbeleivable pices on a UK Web-site.

After ordering on-line they will debit your account/card at a higher rate and not send your order.

Communications with this company is impossible and my involve you attempting to take a legal path to obtain your money back!

After many calls to the unadvertised number detailed earlier, I have managed to recieve my money back, inc all currency charges etc. This was refunded back to the origional account, although I now have had to close the account just in case! I see that the A.G.O in Mass. is now persuing the case against mydv and I suggest you get your complaints in early as the site/shop has been closed down. You should be lucky enough to get your money back if you have not through your bank already, but this may take some time!

By ringing the number in my earlier report BEFORE 8am, I managed to actually speak to someone! (Indian called CARL)! After much persiteance I eventually got him to underdstand that I wanted to cancel my order and get a FULL refund (Inc US currency charge)! He tried to persuade me to kepp my order as it was due to be despatched on 22/12/05. (Too late i'm afraid). I told him if I did not get a refund shortly I was making this a legal matter and once again, after a slight pause while he entered details on the system, he confirmed it was cancelled. I am expexting an email within the next 24-48 Hrs to confirm this and that my TOTAL cash outlay will be refunded within 7-10 working days. I will keep you all posted as this will obviously be after xmas. Good luck to you who are still waiting, and may this info be helpful to you.
