My wife and I ordered a sony PSP from these theives at 169.95GBP on 02/December/2005. They took our money and we still have not recieved our goods or our money back. It was a Christmas Present for our youngest son who has learning disabilities. He was extremely upset at not recieving his present.
I have rang them up on numerous occasions and also had an online live chat with someone called Sandra who preports to be a manager. I have kept a transcript of the conversation and I have also been in contact with office fair trading international liason office at www.oft.gov.uk. They have informed me that I need to contact Miss Sarah Nathan at the massachusetts attorney generals office, the phone number is 001-617-7272543 or 5931337 also I did an IP trace and found the following information:

The US phone number for these thieves does not seem to work but I will keep doing searches to find the full names and addresses of these Crooks and I will post them as soon as I get some results.
The message we should be sending these criminals is that they are not the only people who know how to find out information on the internet and we are not going to tolerate this behaviour. I hope their Christmas was as misserable as my sons and that their new year gets worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I recieved a phone call from Tom Reilly the Massachusets Attorney Genral he has informed me that I will be included in the Law Suit he is persuing against these thieves at MyDv, and I have downloaded a copy of the claim form in PDF format.
