i placed an order with what I though was a british company on line for GBP169.95 only to find that my credit card has had $292.31 taken at an exchange rate of $1.69 so the difference is only about 3 but I did not agree to the payment being made in $ and to cap it all they have emailed me to say that delivery will be at least 2 weeks and as they have individual orders for 100 - 400 units coming in I probably wouldn't get it elsewhere. I have asked them to cancel my order about 4 times now and do not get a reply I have tried their 24hr online helpline which seems 'offline' and tried ringing but their bogus UK telephone number is a redirect which is answered with a recoreded message stating message box is full. If this company is legit why is it masquerading as UK based and taking money for orders it cannot fulfil

You're all out of luck. The Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office has shut them down with an emergency order. While there may be sanctions against the owners it is doubtful any of you will ever receive your money

I have still not received the the refund I was promised for cancellation on the 12/12/05 and have filed a consimer complaintwitht the Attorney Generals Office in Boston, MA. Site is not running so cannot contact MyDV anymore.
