I ordered a Sony PSP for a Christmas present on 28 November 2005 and have spent the last two weeks trying in vain to establish why my order kept going over the ever changing deadlines. The promise of an email with a courier (DHL) Tracking No never materialised.
It is almost impossible to speask to anyone from the company in person and when you do, the excuses are plausible albeit very frustrating or maybe I am just gullible.
Luckily my credit card payment has been suspended whilst an investigation is carried out.
