Phoned 7th of January, told it would arrive by 12th of January-with 10%compensation. Now 14th Jan, and website and phone are inactive. It seems I've lost everything. I feel a fool, and now start a battle to retrieve my money. I can't afford to buy another-so my daughter has completely lost out. This so called company should be ashamed and shocked into coming up with goods or paying back our hard earned cash.
