I orderd a sample product in December, 2004 and received this product a couple of weeks later. They had already charged my card for $169.95 which was not authorized. I then received a full 3 months sypply of this product which was not authorized. I tried a couple of patches and found out that some do not stick well as described in the advertisement. I called customer service and explained to them about them charging my card without my authorization of $169.95.

The lady I spoke with told me that if I keep the patches that they would only charge me the $69.95, she then gave me a reference #. To make a long story short after 3 months of calling regarding the charges to my credit card, I still have not received a credit. I again called today 3/30/31 and spoke with a person who told me that there was no information of me calling concerning a credit. I asked him politely if I could give him a reference # and he said that there will be no refund given. I read to him off the old package I had
the 120-Day Money Back Guarantee. He said that it expired today. My next question was how could it have expired if ordered at the end of December?

The expiration date woul be in April. He then said that I don't have a refund coming to me. I called my credit card company and they told me I should not have kept the patches at all. After reading some of the commentaries it would not have mattered anyway. I asked the person for another manager he told me he was the only manager there.
