Numerous emails asking why have been ignored, and when I contacted them via their 'chat' facility I was assured on three seperate occassions that my camera would be delivered by Xmas. It wasn't.
Luckily I'm not the parent of disappointed children - but I'm still gutted that my camera never turned up.
This company is disgusting and should be exposed. Upon investigation, it turns out that there are a number of people who have filed official complaints.
We must all get together to ensure this company is shut down.
