I thought I would do something nice for my husband. He has always said he would like to find out about his ancestry. So I thought this would be perfect I input all of the unfo still could'nt get any info.

I put in my own info which I know is correct still no info. So when I tried to get more indept with my search it asked for 79.95 to upgrade my membership from the free membership to the deluxe membership. Then I thought if you can't give me any information with the free membership why should I give you money to waste more of my time.

SO I decided not to go through with it. My mistake was leaving my credit information in the system. I emailed the company advising that I wanted to cancel my membership. All the problems I was having with there website, explaining why I wanted to cancel the membership. I advised them not to contact me again. Then 2 months later.

I see that 79.95 has been withdrawn from my account. I called the company directly spoke with a rep name Spencer who advised me even though I started the account on the internet I had to call in to cancel the membership. Then he proceeded to tell me why I should let him keep my money and continue with a membership that was supposed to have been free unless I upgraded to the next level.

I told him I did not want it. I wanted my money refunded he gave me a conformation number C5113868. This was done on 03/27/03 and still I have not recieved my money. I warned them repeatly if they did not return my money asap I would file a report with your website. This is why I am her again today.
