MFC can ban any model they think that looks too young at their discretion

Even in cases where models are verified to be over the age of 18, they are still subject to the following guidelines:

Models that "look too young" in the opinion of our trained administrators will be removed.

There is no violation against models who "look too young". As long as there's documentation saying that the model is of age she can look as youthful has her genetics allow. 

If you read what I said in my first report you would see that I said I managed several accounts. I was not the account owner of the accounts I managed. I had one account that I was owner of. Secondly, it is not legal under U.S. law to take somebodys money without giving reason why. If the studio was in violation of any rules, and was subject to a fine, then it is the responsibility of the site to provide information to the studio as to what violations took place and the actions that the site will take. Simply closing the accounts and not sending payment is illegal. Withholding a studios pay without
providing a reasonable explanation is theft. Not only is it illegal, but is unethical business practice. I have read the MFC contract several times, and yes, MFC does have a right to withhold money for violations. However, MFC has a
legal obligation to provide adequate information to the studio as to why they are withholding payment. There is nothing in the contract that gives MFC the right to take peoples money without explanation. MFC is a United States based
company that operates illegally.  

You have no proof or evidence to back up that this mans money was taken for breaking any rules. The site sure has a lot of being complaining about all the same thing. Sure seems strange that your mouth is always on the dick of MFC and Leo. Most people on the site with they could beat you to a pulp, NZ. 

MFC does not "steal" money from people.

You claim to have lost over $1000, it sounds like your studio was fined for breaking MFC rules and not following procedures. Some common reasons for such things listed below

The model on the account is NOT registered (no i.d on record)
Using underaged models or too young looking
Using models with fake i'ds documentation
Studio history of Violations
Not following the special rules for the Philippines based models
Inability to pay fines (studio closure)

You also write that you manage several studio accounts for people in the Philippines, MFC does not allow "virtual studios" to operate Phillipines studio accounts. This alone if correct is reason for Studio termination without payment.
