I was also looking for information on a particular property and this company says I can get this kind of information for $1.00. I figured intro price or promotion, sounds good. Bank statement shows charge of $1.00 and then $19.95. And speaking to customer service about cancelling, I find out there were more $19.95 charges automatically coming. Not what I expected at all. I may have used their services more if they would be up front with everything. Customer service says they have cancelled everything, but I am sure that first $19.95 is down the drain. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!

I did receive the refund, but because I complained more than once. Others will not do this and will never get their money back. Your practice is deceptive and immoral. I still recommend to everyone not to even visit your website. If there was a way to lock it out from the public I would. People are looking for a service like yours, there is no reason for you to operate in this manner. Be honest and upfront and you will get customers.
