This website says "free" all over it, then of course there ends up being a small fee, 3.95 for a trial of 2 weeks and it says if not cancelled before then it will charge 34.95 per month. Fine, I understood, read it all and decided to try it out. Well, the resume part was okay, except when I went to download a cover letter - the format was not downloading correctly. I asked for help and they gave a lame answer about how they are re-doing formats for cover letters and it may not be downloading properly. So fine, after 3 days I used the cancel my subscription option they have on their website. I was brought to a page that said it had been cancelled. So, then a week and a half later I was charged. So I hopped back on the website, looked at my account and hit the cancel subscription button to make sure I had indeed done it. It brought me to a page that said it already been cancelled. (Never got any kind of confirmation e-mail). So I used their "chat now" with someone who can help me from their site. I told them I had cancelled my account and I was still being charged. They told me that I infact had not, I explained to them that I had... and they asked how I could know for sure. At that point I realized I was going to get nowhere with them and informed them I would have to take it up with my bank then. I also tried calling their number and got no answer. Now my bank has had to launch an investigation in order to return my money - and I still am getting charged monthly. I will be much more wary before I try any trials through any kind of website again if it's going to end up like this!
