How shall I start? Well, my Macbook Pro began to fail, so I called Apple support and was somehow transferred to MyTechHelp. Thinking it was Apple Care (even after asking and being confirmed by them). After disputing my problem with them they offered me their version of "Apple Care" and thinking it was a legitament Apple tech support I agreed and was charged $119.00. After having paid I was transferred to someone in Manila, who tried to resolve my problem.
After an hour of "support," nothing was resolved. The next day I took my Macbook Pro to a certified Apple tech, and found out I had been scammed into thinking MyTech was Apple inc. Anyways, a little over a month later I was billed $19.99 again from MyTech for no apparent reason.
