I have been ripped off like a lot of other people. I ordered a PSP 16/11/2005. When I got my credit card bill more money had been taken than was agreed online! I immediately contacted Mydv customer services (not an easy task) who advised that it was due to an exchange rate error within the bank they use in the states. They confirmed the difference would be repaid within 7-10 days. This didn't happen. I have tried ringing the number given on the site and the best time to get through is Saturday morning. I eventually cancelled over the phone after first establishing that the good had not been despatched via the online chat, although I have had no conformation as promised. I have now contacted my credit card co who informed me that I am not the first and that they are investigating this company. Luckily for me as I used my credit card I am covered. After reading all the complaints about this company it's hard to believe that they are still trading. Whatever they say via the live chat or over the telephone never happens.

Luckily for me I have now got my money back from the credit card company (who have other investigations against this company.
I also, (after being very persistent), managed to contact those who shall not be named to cancel the order, although they didn't want me to, firstly through the chat line, who said they couldn't cancel the order and then the queries helpdesk (in India). As with others I was promised an e mail within 24 hrs. This did eventually turned up after I contacted them again to check on my order, their reply was along the lines of "it is currently being processed in the warehouse". I told them that that was strange as I had cancelled the order and miraculously there system updated suddenly to say I had cancelled it (but I still had to wait another few weeks for the conformation. I will update again when the credit card company get their money back.
