mydv.co.uk Single mum ripped off son left without christmas gift shamefull Internet

In november 2005 i ordered a psp costing 170 from a website called mydv.co.uk, in good faith i ordered early to make sure it arrived in time for christmas and was advised that it would, being a single non working parent as you can understand it took months of saving to get the money together for the psp. it got closer and closer to christmas and still no psp so i contacted the company but was told message box full so spoke to someone online called sandra (have still got all emails from dv including online conversations) saying it was on its way.

after more time passing i tried to cancel the item and was told that was fine and the money would be transferred to my account, but still 2 years later no money and still the memory of my 8 year old son upset on christmas day as i could not afford to buy him another psp so he got nothing talk about break a mothers heart. this company is sick and shameless and should pay for what they've done many thanks.
