at its best!

Over the past several months I've bought tokens for use on myfreecams.
On 3 occasions I never received the tokens, but the money was taken. I contacted the card services that I made the payment through and they refuse to get involved (hmm, really one-way street for help...ing the business, but not the client)  I emailed (directing the contact to Leo, the owner of the site, who should take full responsibility for any illegal activity there) threatening to do something about it -I leave it so my threat is kind of a mind-game to get a response and he threatens me and says they are banning me.... hmm, lol. You already did after I contacted the card services and asked for their help either getting my money back or getting my tokens. Later the same day I can't log in.
The next night I sent my email via the wiki link for emailing mfc.

Leo, if you are there, I don't care why I was banned anymore -I want to know why you take my money and don't give the tokens I've purchased? How often do you do this? What does the term "Class Action Lawsuit" mean anything to you?
You think because you have such a low-life website people would be embarrassed to take action so you act in the fraudulent manner and take advantage of them?

I'm looking for others who've had the same issues of their payments being processed but not getting their tokens.
I (and quite a few other people) would like to end Leo Radvinsky's e-fraud and get him where he belongs.
Another little tidbit (really another big issue):  In the United States businesses are required to pay employees for their work. Failing to pay is illegal and considering the # of times you've failed to pay members and then banned them, especially when there's quite abit of money those 'employees' (models/studios) are owed by you.
Cheers Leo, I will be serving you with legal papers and court dates soon I hope, but I want to get as many of your victims in as I can. :-)

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Auth Hold

AUTHOR: Pao Aguirre - (United States of America)

Not really a rebuttal, but a friendly suggestion/idea of what this may be.

I work in ecommerce and it sounds like this may have been an authorization hold that was the result of a data entry error that occurred when filling out the credit card info, or a mismatch in billing zip. This is not usually the fault of the website, but rather it's the way your bank and the third party processor operate.

These suck, but usually fall off after 3 days or so.

As a consumer, this has happened to me, too, so I have been on both ends. Happened to me on MFC, and my funds were available in 2 business days.

Never have had any issues with MFC's payment processor.

Most of the models are good, some great, and a few of them outright suck, but they usually don't last long.

I actually also think the issue with auth holds is addressed in their FAQs.

Cheers,

Paolo
