    While searching for a ball park real estate value for my home , this site offered to give me a quote for $1.00. I gave them my credit card info and then had trouble accessing the info. THe next thing I knew, the charge of $19.95 appeared on my bank statement. The chat person told me they refunded the money, which remains to be seen. I did not see any mention of this charge on the web site search pages, while looking for my assessment.
