MyCreditreport.com is a total rip off. I signed up for the 5 day trial period. Within that 5 days I call and emailed the company to cancel so I would not be billed. They billed by credit card 30.00.

Furthermore they turned me over to a collections company for non-payment for services I never received. I have called the company - but the phone is busy most of the time and when you do talk to someone it is an answering service only.

I have sent them countless emails providing them proof of cancellation - and requesting a call back only to recieve auto generated emails back from them. I now receive two to five calls a day from the collections company who says they will keep calling until I pay them.
