Complaint Review: NAC Marketing Inc
NAC Marketing Inc260 Smith Street Farmingdale, New York United States of America
NAC Marketing Inc New Vitality misleading advertising and non-authorized shipment of product Farmingdale, New York
Several weeks later I look on my credit card statement to discover a $ $36.94 charge for SuperBeta Prostate that I did not order.
I called customer service to complain but they said I missed the deadline by 30 days (no mention of this in the original order) and said that I would have to return the product at my expense. After considerable arguing, I was able to get the company to send me a pre-paid mailing label.
I returned the product (which the company acknowedged) and was told that a written check would be sent to me despite my request to have the charge credited back to my credit card. The check amount was $29.95 ($36.94 less the $6.99 shipping that the company paid) to send the unauthorized product me.
I called the company and told them that I would never do business with them again. Their "free" product offer is deceitful advertising!
