At that point the caller asked if the limit was for 5000 or more and I replied no, He then asked if the had 0% apr on the first year, And again I replied no.
He then stated that this card is unsecured w/ a 5000.00 dollar limit, 0% apr for the first year, and that I was already Approved.
I then asked "is there a fee?" The caller replied that there was a 200.00 dollar transaction to my account to verify that it existed and that the funds would be returned to my account within minutes.
The money has not been returned and the card is a Merchants card and you have to purchase out of thier cataloge.
