THIS WAS A MAJOR CREDIT CARD TO BE USED ANYWHERE. I
ASKED ALL KINDS OF QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE BECAUSE I HAD
ALREADY HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME TWICE BEFORE AND THEY JUST
KEPT SAYING THAT IT WAS A MAJOR CREDIT CARD. A VISA OR
MASTERCARD THAT COULD BE USED ANYWHERE THAT VISA OR
MASTERCARD WAS EXCEPTED. THEN WHEN I GOT THE PACKET IT
WAS A PREFERRED MERCHANTS CARD TO ORDER OUT OF THERE
CATALOG AND THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY 35% UP FRONT AND A 7%
CASH VALUE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE FROM THE LISTED
PRICE. THIS IS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT THAT I WAS GETTING.
THIS SAME THING HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES NOW.
