How can we take action against this company. This website is such a scam. Please Dorothy from Woodville, Florida if you are serious about seeking legal action please contact me. I have filed a complaint with just about every organization I can think of.
Is there no recourse against this company.

Mary, thanks for the website of the FTC. I will write them today. I am also sending my information to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Las Vegas to be added to the list of people requesting a refund of my down payment for the mallforall ($2695) and also asking for the return of the membership of $810. I will NEVER do business with NADN/ORYAN. I am reading all the notes on this website and intent to follow all the listed instructions. I will then compile a note with all the names, addresses, phone #s, and email addresses of the companies I contact, so others will have a comprehensive list of agencies to contact. If you haven't gotten tangled with these vipers yet, DON'T!!!

Mary, I'm Dorothy's husband Tom, today I've sent a Fax to NADN advising them that I had spoken to the IRS and they confirmed that the business deductions that were alluded to by NADN were not allowed. I called NADN and got a young women who was very pleasant, I advised her I had been in touch with the IRS and that in order for them to file our tax return would require our signature, and that we would not do that as I was going to file our return myself.
IRS advised em that I could use the employee copy of the W2's to make a copy and send the original in with our tax return. I also called the Nevada, California and Florida Attorney Generals and filed my complaint.
The IRS referred me to the Investigative unit in Jacksonville, Fl, I called and left a message for an investigator to call. We are in discussion with a local attorney for quidance on how to handle this matter.
As of today, we've washed our hands of the mall, the tax support and Oryan. We are not going to take their calls (in the fax I advised them NOT TO CALL). I hope that all victims of this questionable business will ban together and let our numbers be known.
