This company has sponsors on various radio programs. Stations will air info important to consumers as to how NADN will help you with your taxes or even buy an SUV for little to no money
NADN - AwayIRS.com makes claims to audit your taxes and will be able to show you moneys owed to you. They discourage the use of Tubo tax type programs and indicate they are far superior to those programs
NADN supposedly assigns you to an agent that you can contact as needed to answer questions. Most of the time you cannot talk to any agent but must leave a message that is unanswered.
NADN refers the client to other numbers to answer their questions which end up being routed back to the original number and you get caught in a loop.
If you submit your taxes to them for evaluation you will have to call them to see if they have actually taken any action to determine if you have additional money owed to you. They don't call you back.
Your "personal agent" who really seeks to help you and be available when you need them about questions and concerns is not there. You are lucky if you ever talk to them beyond the original sign up.
Their money back guarantee is "to be seen". If you can't get ahold of them to activate the guarantee you don't get your money back.
Their contact phone numbers often only go to message lines. They are supposed to be open fm 7am to 7pm M-F PST and for some reason their phone says they are closed. Call back to the number and it will say all specialists are busy helping other clients.
Hard to get anyone at 18774693477 number. Hard to get anyone at the 18002808659 tax planning number.
Getting ahold of someone at NADN often results in being told you are at the wrong number and you should call another number. Telling the agent that you just came from the previous number results in them hanging up on you.
Have yet to see any empirical evidence that they have got any additional money for anyone.

A class action needs to start aginst NADN. is there a LAWYER in the HOUSE !!!! With all the LAWYERS in this country ,I cannot believe one will not accept this case. If one is on going please list info about where to file !! THANK YOU for any and all effort to start class action aginst NADN a SCUMBAG of a company that deserves what happens from their deciept !!!!!
