It started with a free audio cassette on how to save money on your taxes. Then I went online to their website and found out that they sell business start-up packages. I spoke with them on the phone, decided to use my inheritance money of $6000 to buy the biggest and best package there was so that my husband and I could become successful business owners.

Needless to say it didn't happen. After sending me the package and helping me to get all the paper work in order, they were no longer readily available to me on the phone. I would often be sent to this person & that person to get my question answered. Most of the time they wouldn't even have an answer for me. Like when I realized I hadn't received all the things offered in the package I had purchased. They didn't even have that data on file!! No one knew what I was talking about and would ask if I had a copy. Well, no, that's why I was requesting one! Did I even really have a file there? It sure didn't seem to have much in it if I did.

They took my money, didn't send everything that was supposed to be in my package, avoided me, then I received a letter stating that they had filed bankruptcy!!! All this took place in a matter of less than two years. That's a lot of running around, wouldn't you say?

I'd like to know if there is any class action suit in proccess or planned for the near future.
