There is new information concerning our promissory notes and the 1099's at the IRS website http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=106472,00.html

If this address doesn't show up go to the bankrupcy court website under NADN and it will take you there. I think this might be some good news for us. At least for those of us who still have to file our taxes. I just hope this means no more promissory notes.
