NADN, Tax Ready, Oryan rip-off! Las Vegas Nevada

It's comforting to know that I am not the only one taken in by NADN and their shopping malls! I've been feeling like the dumbest person on the planet! How do we go about starting a class action suit? I met with an attorney and he contacted our state attorney who told him that the FTC was investigating NADN since so many states are involved. The zipcodes I have are S-60452 & S-45458.

I also have had them do my taxes and they better have filed an extension because it is 4/16 and I haven't gotten them back. We also formed a Nevada corporation and they have never completed the tax return for last year! I've left countless messages, but no one ever returns them. My husband thinks they are holding them hostage to extort more money out of us.

The latest barrage of calls have been to get us to pay $4200 for search engines. This guy, Steve, says that our $16,000 in notes will be forgiven and in 60 days we will be getting $1500 in commissions from sales on the site driven there by these search engines. It sure would be nice to be rid of the promissory notes, which I was told in the very beginning would be paid off automatically and that they would be nothing to worry about.

We haven't even been able to take advantage of the tax credit since my husband is now on disability & retirement income.
