Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses. Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way! Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment. In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information. In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author. Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.
The Report was brought to our attention and, upon review of compiled information (which will be done on a case by case basis without any obligation as resources allow), and at Ripoff Report’s sole discretion, information that did not conform to current policies and/or the identifying information relating to the individual(s) and/or business(es) named in this “Report” and any subsequent comments thereto have been editorially redacted as indicated by the following “(((REDACTED)))” or (((REDACTED DUE TO PERCEIVED HARASSMENT / REVENGE POST)))”.
In this particular instance Ripoff Report received a very lengthy Order Striking the Defendant’s Defenses to Defamation for Fraud Upon the Court and Awarded Attorney’s Fees and Costs as a Sanction for the Defendant’s conduct. According to the Court Order concluded “pursuant to the clear and convincing evidence presented by the Plaintiff…that Defendant…did, in fact, author the subject internet posts against [Plaintiff] and that [Defendant] paid [other Defendants] substantial sums of money, in “cash,” to assist [Defendant] in posting [Defendant’s] derogatory statements against [Plaintiff] on the internet. This is NOT the intended use of the Ripoff Report website.
CONSUMERS: Be kind. Keep it honest. Keep it fair. Stick to the facts. Do your research. Keep the dirty laundry in the laundry hamper…not on Ripoff Report.
PLEASED TO SEE SUCH EFFORTS? YOU CAN HELP RIPOFF REPORT COMBAT THOSE WHO ABUSE THE SYSTEM: Ripoff Report, as resources allow, is working towards combatting Cyberharassment, Cyberstalking, Cyberbullying and/or other problems such as what is generically called “revenge posts” that can be riddled with nasty personal allegations that can be serious. Ripoff Report would love to be able to timely address each and every review request we receive, however, this takes resources. NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED REPORT:
Ever heard the saying, "When times get though, the tough get going?" Well, that's (((REDACTED))) to the max. Ever noticed how he's never on time for his appointments and how he's always "out of the office". That's because he's figured out that it's easier to use his time and "talents" elsewhere. That "recreational" sportfishing boat in his backyard comes in real handy for loading up supplies from his office and heading out to the islands. Business is a little better there where cash is king. All (((REDACTED))) has to do is hide the supplies he needs in the bills of his legitimate patients and then use those same supplies for his Island Yacht Care Center. I suspect it's not very difficult to stash some drugs, a few needles, and some bandages hell even expensive radiology equipment below deck. And What a great system! Business and Vacationing all rolled into one! Sit on the beach, have a few cocktails, take care of few Bahamians and probably sell off whatever supplies he didn't use, pocket come cash and head home! What a racket! But, between Obama Care and a high maintenance ex I guess he does what he has to do to pocket a few extra bucks. If you've seen his ex-wife, you'd know it must cost a small fortune to keep up with all the cosmetic surgery. God knows she's not working and someone's got to pay for all the trips to the spa not to mention feed all the children they've got! (((REDACTED))) supplements when he can that's all. Besides, there's no danger of getting caught when he has (((REDACTED))), his own personal (((REDACTED))) attorney, with him on all his trips. Clever, very clever, (((REDACTED))).
