Pretends to serve the elderly and disabled children.  She responded to our properly filed Motion with profane and abusive language. Calling the claimant - whom she has never met nor has she performed due diligence - foul and vulgar names such as bitter and mentally ill, etc. 

She does not have a license to practice law in the state where the Motion was filed.  She actually faxed the answer to our attorneys, not properly through the mail. She threatened the attorneys firm.

Her ramblings were that of a person impaired by some sort of substance.  She has behaved in a ' cheap ' and unprofeessional manner.  It is no wonder that she has to chase clients in nursing homes, claiming to be there to 'help' them. 

It appears her attitude toward the needier members of our society is the opposite of what her ad says.  She is clearly there to exploit. Copies available with her letterheads. Find another attorney to protect your vulnerable children and elderly members of your family.
