NASCAR members club Charged me for a membership after ordering something from NASCAR.com, I never clicked on anything for a discount on my purchase, then I received a debit of 84.00 from my account. Internet

I ordered a hat from NASCAR.com then about 2 months later I have a charge of 84.00 deducted from my bank account, I call NASCAR members Club and ask what the charge was for, they tell me I clicked on something on the official NASCAR site to receive a discount on my purchase for a trial membership with them.  I did not click on anything to receive a discount. I tell them I want my money back ASAP and to cancel any further payments since I noticed reoccurring on my bank statement. I spoke to a Max who told me I would receive my credit in 3 to 5 days and that was almost a month ago. The only operate Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ept. Therefore they are never open when I am not at work and able to call them. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a response! I am very frustrated with this company and because of their poor communication skills I will never purchase anything from NASCAR .com which they are not even affiliated with. Thank you
